De Beers Group was proud to return to the Luxury/JCK show in Las Vegas this May, delivering another highly successful and engaging experience.
This year’s format focused on a dynamic “show and tell” approach, highlighting the breadth of innovation across the Group. Attendees had the opportunity to explore a diverse range of workstreams, including Desert Diamonds, Origin, Tracr, the Institute of Diamonds (IOD), and our Science & Technology team.
As always, our suite of Diamond Verification Instruments (DVIs) was on display, giving visitors the chance to explore the latest in diamond screening technology. Live demonstrations and on-the-spot testing of visitors’ diamonds and jewellery proved especially popular, sparking insightful conversations around best practices in verification.
We also explored new and creative ways to use DiamondView™ fluorescence imagery—not only as a verification tool, but as a compelling method to help tell the unique story of natural diamonds. These discussions highlighted the growing importance of transparency and storytelling in today’s market.
Overall, the mood throughout the show was optimistic, with strong attendance and energy when JCK officially opened. Building on this positive momentum—and recognising the current economic landscape—we are pleased to announce pricing adjustments across our DVI range. Selected instruments will see price reductions, while others will be offered with a 10% discount, available through the end of 2026.
