The verification team, alongside colleagues from the De Beers Group, recently attended the JCK show held in Las Vegas.
The De Beers Group booth had a prime central location featuring exhibits from De Beers Jewellers, Tracr and our own verification technology.
As well as our existing instruments, we also presented our latest Diamond Verification Instrument, DiamondProof, to the numerous retailers that came to visit. It was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate the usability, obtain feedback and then return this information to the development and production teams before we embark on full production.
We also had a lot of interest regarding our SynthDetect , AMS2 and DiamondView instruments especially the SDXL with the larger base for looking at parcels of melee or larger jewellery pieces.
The key to developing, manufacturing, and selling these instruments is their relevance to the needs of the customer, we can only fully understand this by actively listening. The trade shows are a great environment to take advantage of this.
Another crucial aspect is ensuring trust and confidence in the results of the DVIs. This reliability stems from ongoing research and development, which is continually updated through trade feedback and active participation in tradeshows.
